Overtons - Not pissed just concerned.

Not pissed just concerned. Originally placed an on line order around 15 August got no confirmation or tracking number. Therefore approximately on the 28th I called and ordered by phone. At the end of the call ask for a confirmation and tracking number to be Emailed to me. Did not receive ,today is the 30th so I called Overton’s again ,the ball got dropped only thing I want is my Evinrude XD 100 oil for the weekend. Very nice young lady said I will have it for Friday. Makes me happy

Overtons - Not good what so ever.

I have placed my order on May 16. I was told my order was suppose to ship on the 25th and what do you know still nothing. I have not recieved confirmation that my order has shipped and here it is almost June. I want my order and I will never use this company again for any damn thing.

Overtons - Double charged

Placed an order for wakeboard on 5/20 and paid with debit. Five days later they charge me again plus $20 for tax and tell me not to worry the original payment will be refunded in a few days. NO PROBLEM OVERTONS it's only memorial weekend, thanks for the savings account!!! Long time customer till now

Overtons - Pontoon seats - still waiting 1 month

Ordered seats more than a month ago and still waiting. No reply from anyone at Overtons customer service. I'm stuck with no seats for my boat and hard to restart the order process from another supplier. Awful.

Overtons - Cover Review

Ordered a cover for my jetski received it and it would not fit my seadoo box was labeled right for my machine but it would not fit obviously defective . Paid to return it they said they could not exchange it and I was out of luck on my shipping costs .....so I paid money out and have nothing to show for it I told them.... they said I was more then welcome to purchase another cover....worst customer service I've ever dealt with !!!
