One week prior to expiration of 1-year warranty, our $400 "Great Big Brawler" towable tube became lumpy as inside baffles had ruptured. By the time I got to inquire, it was 2-days past one year warranty.

Customer service could care less and further inquiry remains unanswered. This is clearly a defective product for which they won't back! In addition, after writing a negative review, it was pulled from their website. Honesty?

Not! This item was also stored out of the sun. I've been a loyal customer of Overtons for almost 5 years which obviously means nothing to them. This is a good example of a successful business that has outgrown their customer base with poor customer service!

I will look elsewhere and even pay more for similar products or simply go without before I buy from these people again.

Stay away from Overtons, far away concerning anything with a warranty. If you buy a water sports item like this that will not last a year, something is bad wrong.

Preferred solution: Replacement of similar product.

You must have been in some remote region where no cell phone/land line service available......it took you more than a week to contact them after you realized you had a problem.......???
